A weekend break in Dublin post-crit served as a much needed rest-bite, while also offering a fantastic palette of inspiration. Loved the buildings of Trinity College and the Rolling Donut kept me well fuelled.
Must-see is the reconstruction of Francis Bacon’s studio, transported from South Kensington to Dublin piece by piece and meticulously relaid in the same position. Bizarre piece of archaelogical archiving, fantastic to see the arrangement of light, colour, space and mess.
